Full attendance and active participation are required for all courses. Students must be present for the entire course and successfully complete all required skills and assessments in order to receive certification.
Late arrivals, early departures, or failure to participate may result in non-issuance of a course completion card, regardless of reason.
Upon successful completion of the course:

eCards are typically issued within 48-72 hours following course completion
eCards are delivered electronically to the email address provided during registration
It is the student’s responsibility to ensure their contact information is accurate.
Completion of ACLS, PALS, or other advanced courses does not expand a participant’s scope of practice.
All healthcare providers and EMS personnel are expected to practice within the limits of:
State and local regulations
Medical direction
Employer policies and protocols
Certification reflects successful course completion only and does not grant authorization to perform skills outside of an individual’s credentialed scope.
Registration for a course is not confirmed until payment is received.
Seats are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Frontline Focus Education reserves the right to release unpaid seats.
Payment instructions will be provided after registration submission unless otherwise noted.
