Student Conduct & Professionalism
At Frontline Focus Education, we maintain a supportive, respectful, and professional learning environment that reflects real-world EMS expectations.
Students are expected to:
• Arrive on time and ready to participate
• Be respectful, engaged, and professional at all times
• Communicate openly and appropriately
• Maintain a distraction-free environment during sessions
• Take accountability for their learning and progress
These sessions are interactive and built around active participation. You will get the most out of your time by being present, engaged, and willing to think through scenarios and concepts.
Unprofessional behavior, repeated disruptions, or failure to maintain appropriate conduct may result in termination of the session without refund.
Course Materials & Preparation
Tutoring sessions are designed to be personalized and efficient, making your preparation key to success.
Students should come prepared with:
• Topics, questions, or areas of difficulty
• Class materials, notes, or practice questions (if available)
• A notebook or method for taking notes
If you are unsure what you need help with, that’s okay—come ready to discuss where you’re struggling, and we will work through it together.
All materials provided during sessions are for personal educational use only and may not be shared, distributed, or reproduced without permission.
