All tutoring sessions must be booked and paid in full at the time of scheduling. Payment secures your appointment and confirms your session time. Unpaid sessions will not be reserved.
Session rates are listed at the time of booking and reflect current introductory pricing. Rates are subject to change as the program grows; however, any sessions already booked will be honored at the original rate.
Discounted session bundles (2-session and 4-session packages) must be used within 30 days of purchase.
All sessions are non-transferable and may only be used by the original student.
You may reschedule your session with at least 12 hours notice using your booking confirmation link.
Requests made with less than 12 hours notice may result in forfeiture of the session.
All sessions are non-refundable.
Cancellations made with more than 12 hours notice may be applied toward a future session.
Sessions will begin and end at the scheduled time.
If you arrive late, your session will still conclude at the original end time.
If you are more than 15 minutes late or fail to attend your session without notice, the session will be considered a no-show and forfeited.
All sessions are conducted via Zoom. Students are responsible for having a reliable internet connection and a distraction-free environment to participate fully.

Unprofessional behavior, repeated disruptions, or failure to maintain appropriate conduct may result in termination of the session without refund.
Tutoring sessions are designed to be personalized and efficient, making your preparation key to success.
Students should come prepared with:
• Topics, questions, or areas of difficulty
• Class materials, notes, or practice questions (if available)
• A notebook or method for taking notes
